I hate insta-love and characters that are flat with no personality. Thanks for the honest review, hope your next reading is more enjoyable! :)tthepageturnerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17175214824875744361noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11403564.post-64150598727176783272014-06-24T10:18:07.800-04:002014-06-24T10:18:07.800-04:00Shoot! Insta love is kind of a deal breaker for me unless there's a really plausible reason for it, or a life and death situation that makes heightened emotions more believable. I do love the cover of this one though, it's beautiful in it's simplicity:)Jennyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14199685365145765394noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11403564.post-13255419786264242572014-06-23T22:56:17.656-04:002014-06-23T22:56:17.656-04:00This cover reminds me a lot of Matched, and the pr...This cover reminds me a lot of Matched, and the premise does a bit, as well. But this one doesn't sound nearly as well thought out as Matched (though it certainly had its problems as well). Aww, it's too bad, but one of the most important things for me when it comes to dystopians is that everything makes sense! So I'll be skipping this one now, for sure.Ayleehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07639250102446794830noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11403564.post-69708637697282572372014-06-23T19:32:51.969-04:002014-06-23T19:32:51.969-04:00This isn't the first negative review I've ...This isn't the first negative review I've seen of this one so I'll probably be avoiding it now. I really dislike poor world building in a book like this. Ah, well. Ugh, the romance sounds very lacking. Too bad, because I do like the symbolic cover... but that's not much use if the story inside doesn't live up to it! :(danyahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07947267082874389487noreply@blogger.com
